How to prepare for your 1st visit?

Just a few things:

1. You do not need to bring any exercise clothes. We will have everything you need.

2. Make sure you come well hydrated (drink an 8 ounce glass of water 30 minutes before). The more hydrated you are, the better response you will have to the EMS stimulation.

3. Don't plan an intense strenuous workout for the day after, as we recommend a recovery day.
